Pre-Payment Requirements
Dear customer, due to agreements with yacht owners, we must collect a pre-payment before confirming your rental. If cancellations occur within the last 24 hours before the start date, we are required to pay half of the rental fee to the yacht owner. Therefore, we request 20% of the rental fee as a security pre-payment.
If you cancel the rental at least 24 hours before the start date, we will fully refund your pre-payment. However, if you cancel on the rental date and we can fill the slot, we will refund your pre-payment. Otherwise, please be reminded that the pre-payment cannot be refunded.
Payment Options
You can make your pre-payment after your reservation is confirmed. Here are the ways you can pay:
- In-Person Visit: You can come to one of our offices in Alanya, Side, or Belek to make the payment.
- Via Our Representative at Your Address: If you prefer, we can send our staff to your hotel or address. You can make the payment to them.
- Payment on the Yacht: You can also make the pre-payment on the yacht, giving you the opportunity to inspect the yacht you are renting.
- Bank Transfer: You can transfer to the IBAN number we provide. If you are paying from abroad, you will need to use SWIFT or BIC codes. International transfers can take 3-4 days.
- By Credit Card: You can pay with a credit card using the payment link we send.
Pre-Payment Documentation
If our staff comes to your address and receives a payment, or if you make a payment at our office, a receipt will be issued.
After each payment method, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the payment.
If you use messaging apps like WhatsApp or Telegram, we will send a confirmation message after each payment.
You can check the details of your payment with the reservation number on our website, and you can print this information if you wish.
Post Pre-Payment Procedures
The remaining payment amount must be paid in cash when you arrive at the yacht.
Cancellation Procedures
We aim to offer flexible solutions and support in cancellation situations.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before, your pre-payment will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel on the rental day or within the last 24 hours, we will try to fill the slot. If we can find a new customer, your pre-payment will be refunded. Otherwise, the pre-payment will be transferred to the yacht owner.
Rental Date Modification
If you need to change your rental date due to illness, emergencies, or other valid reasons, you can do so by contacting us at least 24 hours before the rental day.
VIP Transfer Services
We facilitate your journey to and from the yacht with our VIP transfer services. All our vehicles are the latest models with high capacity, such as Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Crafter.
Our vehicles offer high comfort and luxury, and our prices are reasonable according to market conditions. Please contact us for pricing information.
We can adjust the timing for customers who wish to spend time in the city after the yacht trip. For instance, we can pick you up 3 hours after the trip ends, at no additional cost.
